Todd's entrepreneurial spirit emerged early, working as a paper delivery boy and neighborhood landscape maintenance worker. These humble beginnings taught him the fundamental mechanics of how businesses function and grow — lessons that would shape his entire career.
Career Launch in San Diego
Starting as a warehouseman in San Diego, California, Todd entered the professional world with determination and a relentless drive to succeed. This foundational role gave him ground-level understanding of operations, logistics, and the value of hard work.

Through exceptional performance and dedication, Todd rose through the ranks at The Stanley Works (now Stanley Black & Decker Inc.) to become a District Manager. He excelled in helping clients achieve unprecedented success, building a track record of results-driven leadership.

Taking the bold step of entrepreneurship, Todd purchased his first company, putting his own capital at risk. This pivotal decision marked the beginning of his journey as a business owner and operator, applying everything he'd learned to build something of his own.
